Processing Times

Every set at Crystalized Tips is hand-painted to order with professional-grade gel.

Standard Sets: 3–5 business days or less.

Custom Sizing (Quarter Method): 5–7 business days or less from the time your sizing photos are received.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship all orders from Tahlequah, Oklahoma via USPS.

Shipping cost is included in the price of the set(s) you purchase. So there won't be any surprise costs upon check out.

Orders are shipped in our signature protective pink bubble mailers to ensure your nails arrive in perfect, salon-quality condition.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dropped at the post office, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.

Sizing & Returns

Due to the custom, hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. * We highly recommend using our Quarter Method sizing guide before ordering to ensure a perfect 10/10 fit.
