1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Crystalized Tips website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Orders & Sizing Responsibility

The Quarter Method: We use a proprietary sizing system called the Quarter Method. It is the customer's responsibility to provide clear, accurate photos according to our instructions.

Accuracy: Crystalized Tips is not responsible for sets that do not fit due to incorrect measurements or poor-quality photos provided by the customer.

Handmade Variance: As each set is hand-painted, slight variations in color, shimmer, and design may occur compared to listing photos or inspiration images.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are in USD.

We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All items are shipped from Tahlequah, OK via USPS.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

All Sales Final: Due to the custom, handmade, and hygienic nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once painting has begun.

Damages: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

6. Product Safety & Liability

Allergy Warning: Our products involve professional-grade gels, adhesives, and chrome powders. If you have a known allergy to acrylates or nail products, please consult a professional before use.

Limitation of Liability: Crystalized Tips is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products (including improper application or removal).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, "Crystalized Tips" branding, and product photography, is the property of Crystalized Tips and may not be used without express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cherokee County, OK.
